Operation on basis of the analytical Anodic & Cathodic stripping voltammetry principle, using disc working electrodes.
This kit is designed for detection of heavy metals in water to low ppb concentrations at source in the Field and providing data at site.
The power supply is based on a rechargeable battery providing more than 50 tests per charge.
Alternatively, the power alimentation is available via mains adaptor or vehicle cigarette lighter.
With ambient operating temperatures between -20°C to +70°C.The results are obtained in few minutes.
The display is LCD full graphics backlit display of appr. 128 x 128 pixels, and with Joystick cursor control.
The testing process is built up with step-by-step pictorial guides allowing non-experienced personnel the ability to use the instrument quickly and easily without reading in-depth manuals, and the results can be obtained quickly and easily.
The software is menu driven, and new application methods can be uploaded to the unit via USB. No PC is required for the sample analysis.
The instrument has an internal memory of around 1000 data sets with facility to enter sample number, time and date. Data transfer via USB to PC.
