Notepad Plain A6 Size
Notepad, A6 size (105 x 148 mm) made from plain, white, 75% recovered paper fibres (post and pre-consumer waste) 60gsm.
Each pad contains 100 sheets, bound along the short (105 mm) side, without a coversheet.
The bound area at the top of the pad should be covered by either a strip of cloth or paper.
Each sheet should be perforated at the top of the sheet.
The composition of the paper should be homogenous with no inclusions/alien particles or wrinkles.
The edges of the paper should be cleanly and uniformly cut and should be consistent with the edge of the paper sheets.
The perforations should be sufficient to ensure the sheets are secure while attached but easy to tear along the perforation.
The paper should be smooth, hardwearing and easy to write on with pen, pencil and marker (pencil should be easily removed by eraser, without causing damage to the paper).
The method of application should ensure ease of removal of the pages along the perforation without affecting the stability of the remaining pages.
The paper will be used for the recording of medical information and must be sufficiently durable to withstand extended use.
Backing: The back cover should be composed of 0.5 mm grey recycled cardboard.
Cover: There is no cover sheet on the front of the pad.
Binding: The sheets and the grey board backing to be securely and cleanly glued and stapled along the short (105 mm) side above the perforation.
