Test Tube Long
This is used to contain/hold a small chemical reaction and mixes solids
and liquids, heats small quantity of substances up to more than 100°C
over a Bunsen burner's flame.
Shape : Fingerlike length of glass tubing, open at the top, usually with a rounded lip at the top, and a rounded 'U' shaped bottom
Material of test tube: Borosilicate, clear, transparent and bubble-free, glass, with rim with the following dimensions:
a) Diameter: 16 mm diameter
b) Thickness :1.3 -1.4 mm
c) Length: 150 mm long
Capacity : 20 mL
With heavy uniform wall thickness, excellent heat resistance
Test tubes must be reusable (not disposable). Tender product as per DEPED Guidelines.
