The unit provides a continuously varible E.H.Toutput from o to 5 kV d.c. with a low voltage output of 6.3volt d.c. and is ideal for vacuum tubes etc. This unit uses a low voltage transistor inverter circuit and E.H.T. transformer. The high a.c. voltage is rectified and smoothened. A meter calibrated 0 t0 5 kV is connected to control the output voltage.
