This hand pump package Variant 3 does not comprise riser pipes or connecting rods. This package is foreseen combined with Risers and Rods.

65mm ND riser pipe with Stainless Steel Couplings,
The hand pump features essentially the same above-ground equipment as the pump type, hot dipped galvanized , complete with head assembly, water tank, Normal Stand, but adapted for below ground 65mm riser pipes, equipped with Open Top Cylinder, to use with 65mm riser pipe with Stainless Steel couplings and with Stainless Steel (connecting) pump rods.
